Sites of Memory: A Symposium on Toni Morrison and the Archive

March 23, 2023 - March 25, 2023

Sites of Memory: A Symposium on Toni Morrison and the Archive brings together scholars, artists, writers, and activists to celebrate, interrogate, and reflect upon the archive in relation to Toni Morrison’s writing, her teaching, and her public intellectual work. This symposium breaks new ground about her archive, the Toni Morrison Papers, about less recognized aspects of her art: her composition practices, her unpublished writings, and her daily life as a teacher at Princeton.

***Registration for Sites of Memory has reached full capacity. We are working to make more tickets available and are releasing tickets to the waitlist as spots become available.***

Register for the Sites of Memory Symposium here. Please note that each day of the Symposium has a separate registration page. If one or more days that you would like to attend are currently sold out please add yourself to the waitlist(s) through the respective Eventbrite pages. In the event of cancellations or additional seats becoming available, we will register as many waitlisted attendees as possible.
