“Vision & Voice” a free theatre arts summer camp, which is a partnership between Passage Theatre Company and Trenton Free Library. The Hip-Hop themed camp is for children ages 10 through 17 and will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays from July 24th through August 31st. Campers will enjoy three one-hour classes each day that teach skills linked to improvisation, performance, poetry, dramatic writing, and Hip Hop dance. The skills acquired throughout the camp will be showcased in a final performance for friends and family in the Mill Hill Park Amphitheater at 6:00 pm on August 31st. Free breakfasts and lunches will be provided before and after each camp session, provided by the Capital Area YMCA.
Interested students may join a FREE Open House at the Mill Hill Playhouse on July 8th from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. to meet teachers and learn more about the camp programming. Reservation for the Open House is not required to attend.
